Please note: ADA CERP, or other educational credit, is not available for a Spouse/Guest registration. If your Spouse/Guest wants educational credit, please register them separately as a regular attendee.

Changes: To change your registration after payment, please fax the AO meeting registration department at (847) 439-1569, or email MtgReg@osseo.org.  Changes cannot be taken by phone.

You can register online through February 20.  After that date, you must register onsite at the meeting.
